Show more Would not recommend this store to anyone. The “manager” is rude and has no clue what she’s doing. I drove over an hour after speaking with her on the phone to get here and find out the entire kitchen cabinet set I was willing to pay cash for was sold a few minutes before I arrived. Now she wants me to wait over 2 hours to possibly get another kitchen set that she has no details and dimensions on. After proceeding to talk down and berate me for being upset she went to her colleagues within earshot of me to talk about me and how I am the problem. All I did was simply come in looking to purchase over $1000 of cabinets and this is how I get treated. DONT COME HERE I waited for at least two hours. So I figured I would update this review. Them to come back with us Kitchen set. They said they had they came up to me. Were mad that I wrote a review but told me that the kitchen set was no longer going to be brought to the location. So the hour drive back-and-forth +2 hours of waiting in the store for absolutely nothing to show for it. Completely ridiculous!

Show more Good selection, but often overpriced and starting to see the same selection every time we go. Some products have been there for months and it’s clear it’s just because it’s not priced right. Who wants to pay full price, or close to it for used or damaged items that were donated when you can pay the same for it new and direct from the retailer?

I have been here twice and left with items both times. I do enjoy shopping here because I find things that are super useful and these things are being saved from going to the dump. Would have been better to honor the price tag and then review pricing procedures afterwards. But no, nasty comment and nasty attitude.

Show more This was another opportunity to check out a location in the Habitat for Humanity network where you can find some potential antiques or other items from days long past. Now the parking lot is small but there is plenty of space inside to look and to peruse for something older to be reused again. So if you are in Danbury then stop by the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity ReStore and make your purchase be of some assistance.
