Show more I worked with James in securing a mortgage for my first home purchase in April-May 2020. James was very relatable, and could usually be reached extremely quickly by text message or cell phone. He worked with my wife and I to find a mortgage option with the lowest fixed rate, and did so with incredible speed. Between April 30 and May 31, we were able to acquire a mortgage and close on the house!
